Over the last 18 years our president Steve Krile, CPE has been practicing the art and science of human performance engineering
at all levels of an organization. With world-wide responsibilities at a $4 billion tier-one supplier,
he has worked to build tools and an approach that can be implemented anywhere, regardless of language or cultural norms.
Using concepts of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, he has presented Ergonomics as a value to the business proposition
as well as a health and safety agenda. Steve excels at public speaking and one-on-one coaching.
